I offer stress counselling to help you through what’s stressful and happening without fear of judgement or being overheard, can help you get clarity on what you really want and need from work.

- helps you understand the part you are playing in the situation, what relates to the here and now and what connects with previous experiences or patterns in your life
- helps you safely say what can’t be said elsewhere to unblock you and to find a way forward.
