When anger takes over, it can be like something goes nuclear inside. The button gets pressed and it’s more powerful than you, instant, devastating. It feels like nothing is going to stop you in that moment. And when it’s gone, there can be the emptiness, the shame.
Feeling really angry is good sometimes. But anger and rage can cut you adrift, pushing people away. When your anger on-switch gets tripped all the time, and the people you love and like are getting a plate full of rage from you all the time, maybe it’s time to do something about it.

- help you get safe about your anger, to make friends with it so you can find ways of being angry without the devastation. We’ll work with anger management techniques to help you feel more in control.
- help you explore the root causes of your anger, so you can separate what is anger about the here and now, and what might belong to other times and experiences in your life.
You’ll learn to experience anger differently and that a good relationship with being angry is part of living well.
